In our personal coaching sessions, we take a holistic look at your situation and family system. With a blend of coaching and expert knowledge, I support you in feeling more confident and connected.

Mini + Me Course
Connection for you and your baby
The first year with your baby is full of discovery — not only for your little one, but for you too. In these gentle group sessions, you’ll find space to connect with like-minded parents and ask questions

Rooted in respectful parenting and bonding-based support, Mini + Me course offer community, clarity, and calm during this special (and sometimes challenging) time.
Currently offered in English and German.

Nesting Course
You can't plan every detail of birth and early parenthood - but you can prepare to meet your baby with confidence, clarity and a sense of calm leadership.

In the whirlwind of emotions and changes, many new parents feel like they're just trying to keep up. But what if you could meet this transition already feel grounded? What if you could read your baby's cues, feel confident in your feeding choices, and support your newborn with calm & clarity?
Together with other expected parents, we explore practical knowledge and emotional readiness for breastfeeding, baby cues, bonding, and the big shifts that come with new parenthood. It's not about being perfect — it's about feeling held, informed, and connected as you grow into your new role.
